It all started when…

We had DREAM to develop and build commercial buildings here in Owingsville, Kentucky, expanding new business to our area and progressing our community. We built a Shopping Plaza adjacent to Interstate 64, Highway 121, within eyesight of the Owingsville/Frenchburg Exit. My grandfather, Earl Miller, built one of the first Southern States Farm stores in the state of Kentucky, with Virgil Catron. Shortly thereafter, he built Miller LP Gas and Miller Furniture and Appliances, which he later passed to his brother, Arnold Miller, who then operated for many years. Our roots run deep in business, especially with the local community and families in the Gateway area. Earl Miller built many buildings and was instrumental in creating new businesses throughout Bath County, Kentucky, during his lifetime. Our goal is to continue building a successful and progressive community for our friends and families.
